Commisioner for Middle Caicos. Next to Julia is Clinton Higgs. Clinton works for the power
company.

Dolphus Arthur is a fishing guide. He also owns Arthur's Guest House and
Arthur's Variety Store with his wife Stacia.

Cardinal Arthur is Dolphus's brother. Cardinal is a tour guide. His wife,
Dottis, is the District Commisioner. Currently, she's also working in that
capacity on North Caicos.

Ernest Forbes, Sr. is a tour guide and taxi driver. We took his tour to
Haulover Plantation north of Lorimers. On our return, he took us to see
one of his garden plots hidden in the brush near the main road. Here are
some remnants of his sugar cane crop. An unusually heavy rainfall flooded
this area neck deep. Ernest had to harvest the cane by diving underwater
to cut it.

place as stakes for beans. The soil here is as black as potting soil.

Ernest's son Ernest, Jr., known as Junior. Junior is the property manager
for many of the villas at Bambarra beach. He is also the pastor of the
Lighthouse Mission Church in Conch Bar.

Mrs. Greene lives in Lorimers. She makes straw hats and bags for sale.

Dale Witt and Chris sit in Dale's home at Blue Horizon. Dale is one of the
owner/developers at Blue Horizon. In her spare time, Dale teaches a
computer class to the grade school students in Conch Bar.

Dale's son, Mike Witt, also lives at Blue Horizon. Mike is a former
submarine engineer. Mike keeps busy with the construction and
maintainance of Blue Horizon.

Mike's wife, Mikki Witt. Mikki runs the business side of Blue Horizon.
|
|
George and Martha Volz are the owners of Seascape Villa.
|
|
Daisy lives at Blue Horizon with Dale. Daisy loves to run on the beach.
|
|
Smiley is Daisy's chief tormentor. And, yes, she smiles at you.
